Curren RV, a fast growing, family owned and operated RV dealer in Pine City, NY, has open for a RV Sales Consultant. We are looking for a hard working, high energy, motivated Sales Consultant.

Our industry leading salary plus commission driven pay plan has an unlimited earning potential. Unlike most dealers, we offer commission to Sales Consultant on backend services sold with a unit. We have very high customer satisfaction due to our honest and straightforward sales process. We are very selective of the brands we represent and nearly all are ranked in the top 5 of their industry segments (Rockwood #1 Ultra Lite & #1 Tent Camper, R-pod #1 under 20 ft, Salem & Hemisphere #4 over all, Haulmark #1 Cargo Trailer, Sure-Trac #3 Utility/Dump Trailer).

Essential Job Functions:

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstrations and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively and meet sales goals
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach
• Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organization
• Serve as a liaison between customers and all departments
• Stay on top of market trends, the RV industry, product changes, and current dealership inventory
• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management
• Basic lot upkeep: wipe down and sweep units; furniture and accessories in presentable setup; price and info signage correct and up to date; report any needed maintenance or repair

Essential Job Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, or other big ticket items (automotive, television, furniture, real estate, homes)
• Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team
• Professional appearance and demeanor necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information
• Valid driver's license
• 40-50 Hours per week
